We started out as a trading company, but over time we have taken a decisive step: to become shipowners.
Since 2018, Baipesca Fish has firmly committed to Mauritania as a strategic pillar of its development, actively integrating into the national economy through direct investment in a Mauritanian company.
Through our joint venture, Tafra Pêche, we operate four Mauritanian-flagged trawlers from Mauritanian territory, ensuring control of origin, full traceability, and a continuous supply of high-quality fish and seafood.
In addition, we market the production of other vessels belonging to the same Mauritanian group, strengthening our operational capacity and contributing to growth, professionalization, and job creation within the national fishing sector.
